We provides our storage customers with flexibility in the gas market, by storing gas from one period to another period.
Storage customers can use this flexibility to balance customer portfolios, convert cheap summer gas into winter gas or arbitrage price differentials in the market.
We sell gas storage facility services every year, and often several times a year.
We have a manned support desk providing support to our storage customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We prioritize transparency and openness with respect to our products and are continuously in dialogue with our storage customers in relation to their demands.
All storage customers at DONG Storage are provided with access to our self-service system, which allows each storage customer to obtain an overview of it's own storage situation (allocated injection and withdrawal, contracts, bulletin board etc) and to carry out a number of actions (nominate, transfer gas, request capacity, request contracts etc).
